Hello 4DEL, What a weekend...I have spent the weekend hosting and celebrating the festival of my daughter's impending birthday on Tuesday...apparently this is a thing now.  After a late hockey game Friday, which they won thank goodness, we then spent a gorgeous Saturday over at Barrabup Pool...if you haven't been, you absolutely have to whilst the weather is still warm...such a glorious place to be!  Rounded out with dinner at Pedro's...a sleepover and then brekky out this morning, I am well puffed! I hope all the swimming gear made it home and has had a good air out...I was on patrol and the kids were pretty good with making sure that everything was taken home! Their instructors were very complimentary about the children and their behaviour...they did you and OLC proud! REMINDERS - WEEK 8  Parent Meetings - I will be kicking these off this week on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you to those of you that have already made a booking...if you're having any dramas, please let

Good afternoon parents, What a beautiful weekend...I spent it in Bubury with my oldest friend from primary school getting our shopping and pamper on! It was delightuful and was a wonderful way to refill my cup! A short post for this week, however, I am looking forward to a full week getting our learning on...besides swimming we have a straight shot which will be awesome! Please note that there is no library book exchange or assembly. A small note in regards to library, we have made a change and as of next week we will be having our library book exchange sessions on a Wednesday if you can please support your child to remember to bring their library bag. REMINDERS - WEEK 6 Swimming Lessons - The students are doing a wonderful job with this...I am hoping that all swimming bits and pieces made it home for a wash on Friday afternoon. Wheels After Meals - Are back for students in years 1-6 this Tuesday, they need a helmet and can leave all their gear outside Mr. Lee's office. Parent M

I have to admit thought that I am very keen for this wierd in between weather to disappear...I am very much a winter girl and am pretty keen to transition that wardrobe over! I just need to remind you that I will be absent Monday to Wednesday of this week. I am attending the first two days of a Leading Wellbeing in Schools course at CEWA in Leederville which I am incredibly excited about but I am also needing to check in with my mum who had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago...she had a bit of a slip yesterday and needs some support for the next couple of days so I will be heading up to Perth today.  Whilst not ideal, I am very pleased to let you know that Miss Kyla Posthumus will be running our class whilst I am away...she is an excellent teacher and the students that have had her before love her. With Ben's support, she wil
