 Good afternoon parents, Welcome back to another amazingly busy and fun term in 4DEL...we are looking at 45 days of fabulosity and learning to round out what has been an absolutely amazing year. I am so proud of all the kids and how far they have come, they have developed excellent learning habits and are such a beautifully kind and caring bunch...I will enjoy my last days with them but will miss them all very much! REMINDERS - WEEK 1  SMMC Orientation Day - Is on this Friday 16th October, we will be leaving OLC at approximately 10.30 (we will have an early recess) and heading to MacKillop for 11am...the students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities to give them a taste of high school life. They will need to wear their normal sports uniform and bring their lunch...we will be having lunch at SMMC and will then return to school at approximately 1.30/2pm. A Couple of Reminders

Go od afternoon parents, Mrs Horrocks has asked for me to post some information about the upcoming Musical 'Go Fish' on Friday 8th June (Week 6) this term.  If you have any questions about the performance, including costumes or the logistics of the musical then Mrs Horrocks is the person to ask! We will be having a short meeting on Monday 7th May at 3.15pm. It would be great if you could make it!  If you are unable to make the meeting, but are keen to help...please let me know.  More importantly she is looking for volunteers who can donate some of their time to assist with costumes, the set and other roles.  If this is something you can assist with, then please contact or see Mrs Horrocks on that Monday. Welcome to Halfway!

 Good afternoon parents, Welcome to the halfway point of what has already been a very busy term! I have secretly enjoyed the excuse to not go and watch Mark play footy this weekend as it is pretty cold and wet out there!! More time in front of the fire with Netflix for me...😊 I would like to extend a very warm welcome to the Casas family! Isabella and her parents have made the move from Kununurra recently and we look forward to welcoming Isabella into class tomorrow and her family into the OLC community! REMINDERS - WEEK 5 Blue Pens - This week we will begin transitioning in to being the Year 4 and a halves that we are and will start completing all of our written work in blue pen. If I can just ask you to do a quick check in with your child to make sure that they have a few blue pens still floating around in their pencil cases!
